The appearance of the grounds, whether it be a residential or a commercial property, often needs to be maintained to keep plants healthy and yards looking good throughout the year.
Lawn Care Service Package
Brincku Home and Garden offers an Annual Landscape Package to our
customers to help save you money. We are offering an annual package
based on $120 per month to customers who commit to an annual lawn
maintenance agreement. Included in the lawn service you will receive
a complete cut, complete edge and we will blow off the clippings.
After the end of the 12 month period you will receive $50.00 dollars
in Brincku Bucks to spend toward your landscaping, plant rentals,
future service or any offering from Brincku Home and Garden. You
must remain a customer for the 12 month period to receive your
Brincku Bucks reward.
Lawn service will be provided on an as needed basis and is not
necessarily completed every week. The service is typically every
week in the spring and during rainy season and then as needed during
winter and times of drought. You have our commitment to keep your
lawn looking its best!
Fertilization, bush and tree trimming
are extra, but can be provided upon request.
Residential Landscape Maintenance
Brincku Home and Garden offers landscape maintenance programs for residential grounds according to your needs. Our maintenance programs range from weekly service to
bi-weekly to monthly and even seasonal jobs on an "as needed" basis. Weekly or monthly landscape maintenance programs are good for properties with turf areas, large litter problems, or other high maintenance requirements. We have well-trained foremen who oversee the maintenance of your grounds with frequent visits and inspections from their immediate supervisors.
We communicate with you on any and all issues concerning the maintenance of your residential landscape. We may suggest improvements or seasonal work that would be beneficial to your landscape.
George Brincku is available for tree care and plant consultation. Of course, seasonal maintenance for tree pruning, weed control, and plant replacement is available. Each residential landscape maintenance job can be customized to suit your needs and your budget.
