Description:
Live Oak is a large tree that grows to approximately 40 to 50 feet tall
and 60 feet wide. The leaves are a dark olive cast about 2 inches long.
There is no seasonal variation in color, but is partially bare in
winter. Has a life expectancy of approximately 100 years.
Originally from the Southeastern US. Maintenance: Low water, but tolerates irrigation up to 3 times per week. Needs no irrigation after well established. Light: Light shade to full sun. Soil: Wide range. Salt Tolerance: High |
