Description: Easily maintained at sizes between 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. Can be grown as tall as 12 feet and 10 feet wide. The leaf is medium to dark green with a brownish-red that is usually on the leaf tip. Can live up to 40 years depending on care and pruning techniques. Originally from South Florida and the West Indies.

Maintenance: Low water. Ideal is once per week.

Light: Medium shade to full sun.

Soil: Wide range.

Salt Tolerance: Medium. Inland plant.
